'Sportsmen are loyal husbands'

The Indian cricketers are taking flak from all corners, but this coming from one of their staunch supporters is indeed surprising. Model Poonam Pandey expressed her disgust at Team India’s loss through Twitter.

The model tweeted, “Indian batsmen are like faithful husbands, they perform only at home.” She also wrote, “Let’s support the Indian cricket team, they need that surely in Aus. Play on India we are all with you.”

Actress Lara Dutta, who is expecting her fi rst child with husband Mahesh Bhupathi, is busy setting up her house to welcome the new member of the family. The 33-year-old former Miss Universe is due for delivery next month.

“It’s fun having my parents here and getting the house baby (sic) ready! Anticipation and excitement in the air! feels good to start 2012 like that,” Lara posted on Twitter.
